Quatre Heure: June 2022

While May was filled with wonderful business connections and excitement I feel a sense of hopelessness and despair as more violence unfolds all over the country.

I never know exactly what to say during all this chaos but it just feels so damn hard. Instead of trying to figure out what to say, I've been trying to create more art--- sometimes it's in direct response and sometimes I do it to find small joys that distract me from it.

Both are fine, you just have to remember that you can do what works best for you in each moment. I hope you're finding all the ways you need to cope with what happens around you.
